Payment

At completion you must pay your balance in full by the time indicated within the auction terms.  This may range between 1 - 2 days.  All payments must be completed online. If you have the winning bid on a lot you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your payment and schedule your pickup.  Full payment is required to pickup any purchased items.

ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED WITHIN THE REMOVAL TIME PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.

  • All items purchased MUST be removed within 15 days of the auction completing! (STRICTLY ENFORCED) Or risk losing items purchased with no refunds issued.
  • BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ENTIRE LOT HAS BEEN REMOVED. IF BUYER DOES NOT WANT A SPECIFIC ITEM IN THE LOT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER.

Buyer's Premium

The buyer’s premium is an additional percentage that is added to the final cost of each lot that is purchased. This fee is used to cover the costs of marketing, managing, and running the auction. The current buyer’s premium is 16.00 %. The buyer’s premium is taxable.  

For example, if the final bid for a lot is $100.00, a buyer’s premium of $116.00 will be added.
